Terrible rooms very small can’t even swing a cat in it , no wardrobes , no dressing table Showers have no fans , dirty carpets Customers service terrible , all they want is your money in advance . Front desk have no customer service skills ! Do not book if you don’t want to waste your money

Would book it again, the location is perfect close to every metto and bus stop, the streets are full of lovely coffees I just loved and enjoyed every second. Another plus was- I came around 12:00 and they allowed me to do the check-in even though it supposed to be from 3pm.

No response from them. I had booked a room at your hotel. On arrival I was told there is only 3 parking spaces and they are all occupied. I specifically choose this hotel as it clearly said there is private parking provided for the guests. I drove all day, finally got to the hotel and then was informed about this. I had to get back in the busy traffic and ended up paying €35 on the parking. I am very disappointed especially after having 100 euros being put on hold by the hotel despites also paying for the room, without my knowledge. And this amount will apparently be hold until after I leave which is something I have never hear of being done before despite having experience working in hospitality. I feel like this is false advertising on the behalf of the hotel saying they have private parking when in reality there is only 3 spots available, without at least receiving an email informing me that the spots are already occupied. Room was much smaller than pictures looked. Noisy bathroom made it difficult to sleep. Lack of window for daylight and fresh air. Very dark and hot room. Stayed for 2 nights and not cleaned or given fresh towels during stay. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel Aston for 4 nights in Early August and found it to be a really nice place to stay. The rooms are a bit on the small side but that is normal in Paris. We had a small balcony with a view looking down Cite Bergere. The bathroom was clean and modern with good water pressure in the shower. The mattress was firm but not hard. The best part of the stay was the great breakfast served downstairs in the basement dining area though the choice of the dining furniture was a bit weird. The hotel is located in a great part of Paris. We could walk to the Lourve or to Sacre Coeur Cathedral easily. The area itself is like a small village with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. All in all, a nice place to stay.
